Tieni il Conto: The Free App to Manage Your Business Invoices On-the-Go

Tieni Il Conto is a free app that allows you to keep track of your business invoices even while on the move. It is available on Android, and if you already use the Tieni Il Conto service, you can use your credentials to log in and access the main control panel. The app lets you view data related to your active and passive cycle, giving you an up-to-date situation wherever you are.

With just a click, you can keep track of your active documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.) sent to clients, check any passive documents received from suppliers, send new invoices (previously created on the desktop version) to clients, and view, print, email, and share passive invoices (XML or PDF) received from suppliers.

Once you log in, the app allows you to check the status of active invoices towards individuals, Public Administrations, or passive invoices received. You can view all documents in chronological order and their status (e.g., 'to deliver,' 'delivered,' etc.). You can also apply filters to view only what interests you.

The app is only usable with an internet connection and is installable on smartphones/tablets with iOS or Android systems. A printer connection is necessary for printing.
